Bollywood’s famous actor Govinda recently revealed his old court case. He said that in 2008, a case was registered against him due to an incident on the set of ‘Money Hai To Honey Hai’. The story of solving this case with the help of a sting operation has now been revealed for the first time.
What was the whole matter?
- In 2008, a person named Santosh reached the set of Govinda’s film ‘Mani Hai To Honey Hai’.
- There was a debate between Santosh and Govinda on something, after which Govinda slapped him.
- After this, Santosh filed a case of assault against Govinda.

How to solve the case?
Govinda, while talking on the matter, revealed in Mukesh Khanna’s show:
“This case proved lucky for me. If a person was misbehaving on the set, I slapped him. He filed a case against me. “
- The matter lasted in court for a long time, but no solution was found.
- On the advice of a friend, Govinda planned to do Santosh’s sting operation.
- He recorded a conversation with Santosh, in which he was demanding Rs 3-4 crore in exchange for withdrawing the case.
- Govinda submitted this recording to the court, which changed the direction of the case.
Why was a slap?
Govinda said that he slapped Santosh because he was abusing the women on the set.
“Those who are standing because of me were trying to bring me down. But I could not sit silent. “
Court verdict
- In 2017, the Supreme Court ordered Govinda to apologize to Santosh.
- Santosh withdrew the demand for compensation after the recording introduced by Govinda.
- After this the matter was over.
