Prime Minister Modi is currently on a visit to Mauritius. He was given a grand welcome at Mauritius. Mauritius Prime Minister Naveen Chandra Ramgulam personally welcomed the Prime Minister by showering flowers at the airport. When the Prime Minister reached there, 34 ministers were present at the airport to welcome him. This moment reflects excellent and strong relations between India and Mauritius. The Prime Minister will participate as the chief guest at the 57th National Day celebrations of Mauritius on 12 March. This country is also called Mini India because most of the population here is Hindu.
