Another user elaborated, raised concerns about the process of filling potholes. He asked, “What is the standard operating procedure (SOP) for filling this pothole? Who inspects the work once it’s completed? What procedures do you follow? If the work is not done properly, what actions do you take? Because after filling, potholes can become speed bumps due to excess material, which is equally bad for cars.”
