Foreign Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar said that we are working on it in a phased manner. He said that we have done a good job in solving most issues in Kashmir. I believe that Article 370 was a step. Then the second step was to restore development, economic activity and social justice in Kashmir.
Due to this scheme of the government, there have been many changes in Kashmir. He said that the third step was to hold elections in Kashmir after 370, which held a lot of voting.
