The rape case at Swargate bus station in Pune is currently under discussion. The accused Dutta Gade has been arrested by the police and has been sent to police custody by 12 March. Right now a thorough investigation is going on. Dutta Gade’s lawyers denied rape allegations and claimed that sex was consensus, and the woman was paid Rs 7,500 for sexual relations. However, now important information has been revealed in the police investigation.

Was the victim in touch with the truck?

The lawyers said that the victim was in contact with Dutta Gade. After this, the police seized the phones and questioned them. Dainik Lokmat, citing sources, said that the CDR details of both mobile phones from two years ago were examined, but it was found that the accused and the victim were never in contact with each other.

Did Dutta Gade give 7500 rupees to a young woman?

During the investigation, Dutta Gade said, “I did not put any kind of pressure on the woman.” He called me and we climbed into the bus. He claimed that he had taken seven and a half thousand rupees from me. After this, Dutta Gade’s bank account was investigated. It has been revealed that Dutta Gade had only 249 rupees left in the account of the rape. So did he give cash to the young woman? Such a question is arising. This has revealed that Dutta Gade is misleading the police.
