Materials required to make crunchy semolina mathri

Main material:

1 cup semolina (rava)
½ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon oil
Water as required

Maggi Masala
Kashmiri red chili powder
Chaat Masala Powder

Easy recipe to make crunchy semolina mathri

1. Prepare semolina flour

  • First of all, put the semolina in the grinder and grind them finely, so that it becomes soft like finely.
  • Add semolina powder to a large vessel and add salt and 2 teaspoons oil to it and mix it well.
  • Note that the semolina has so much moyan (oil) that it is tied to holding in the hands.

2. Knead the dough for the mathri

  • Now add water as per the need and knead soft dough.
  • Keep in mind that the dough is not too sticky or too tight.

3. Cut Mathri in the desired shape

  • Roll out a large flour of flour in a clean, flat place.
  • Now cut them into the desired shape. If you have a heart shape cutter, it will make the mathri look even more beautiful.

4. Fry Mathri until crispy

  • Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat.
  • When the oil is well heated, add the mathri and fry it on low flame till it turns golden brown.

5. Coat the mathri in tasty spices

  • Remove the fried mathri on tissue paper so that excess oil is removed.
  • Now sprinkle Maggi Masala, Chaat Masala and Kashmiri red chili powder and mix lightly with hand.
