The 97th Academy Awards i.e. Oscar 2025 was held brilliantly at Dolby Theater in Los Angeles. This prestigious ceremony of the film world was hosted by the popular comedian Conan O’Brien for the first time this time. The ceremony was telecasted in India from 5:30 am on March 3. This year, many of the best films were nominated for Oscar, including films like ‘Emilia Perez’, ‘The Brutilist’, ‘Anora’.

Keran Kalkin won the award for Best Supporting Actor, Leaving stars like Edward Norton, Eura Borisov, Cow Pearce and Jeremy Strong. He expressed his gratitude to the family and supporters while receiving the award on the stage.
Special honor to fire department
Employees of the Los Angeles Fire Department, who fought fierce wildfire in California, were given special honors during the ceremony. Conn O’Brien, describing him as “hero”, all celebrities stood up and respected him.
Indian film ‘Anuja’ made a place
In the year 2023, Guneet Monga’s film ‘The Elephant Whisper’ won the Best Documentary Short Film Award. This time too, Guneet Monga’s film ‘Anuja’ was nominated in the Best Action Live Film category, although the award of this category was won by the film ‘I Am Not a Robot’.
