Aurangabad: District Collector Swami Advocates For Use Of Marathi In Administrative Works |
“The government has granted the status of classical language to the Marathi language. It should be conserved by being completely used in administrative works,” appealed district collector Dilip Swami here on Thursday.
On the occasion of Marathi Bhasha Gaurav Din, a lecture by Dr. Nagesh Ankush was organized at the district collectorate. Resident deputy district collector Vinod Khirolkar, deputy district collector Sangeeta Rathod, Umakant Pardhi, Dr. Suchita Shinde, deputy district election officer Devendra Katke, and other officers and employees were present.
Swami further emphasized that the use of the Marathi language should be appropriately incorporated for administrative purposes. Correspondence with the people should be conducted in Marathi, using the correct grammar and easily understandable language.
Dr. Nagesh Ankush spoke about the use of administrative Marathi language, artificial intelligence, proper writing, writing rules, glossaries, dictionaries, government terminology, and other aspects.
