Sandeep Wanga Reddy, director of the film Animal, shared some interesting facts about Bobby Deol’s mute-deaf role during an interview.
The roles of the villain became common in old films.
Ranbir Kapoor starrer film Animal grossed Rs 915 crore worldwide. And now the second part of this film will soon come to theaters. The second part of the film is named Animal Park. The role of Bobby Deol will not be seen in this. The special thing is that the audience liked Bobby’s Abram’s character more in the film Animal. In this film, Bobby is playing the role of a silent-deaf. When asked about this role, director Sandeep Wanga Reddy told why he gave Bobby Deol such a role. So he said that the villains of old films are responsible for this role. He further said that in old films, villain used to talk to each other on the phone and used porn words. The film had long dialogues. Joe Sandeep did not want at all in his film.
Sandeep told that when Bobby Deol’s sketch was being made. Then he thought what would it have been if Abram was dumb. And what will it do? So if he cannot hear in the role of Ranbir, then what will be his acting? Both these roles were planned. And when the film was released in theaters, the audience liked the roles of both actors.
