Enforcement The Directorate (ED) has taken major action in Delhi-NCR. The WTC of Bhutani builders who built a gift city in Gandhinagar has been raided. This action is being taken at about 12 locations in Delhi, Faridabad, Noida and Gurugram. This builder is seriously accused of cheating investors.

According to media reports, ED is searching at the WTC builder, its promoter Ashish Bhalla’s offices and 12 locations of Bhutani Group. These places are in Delhi, Noida, Faridabad and Gurugram. The WTC Group has several projects in Faridabad, Noida and the surrounding areas. It is alleged that the group has embezzled Rs 100 crore from investors. In the last 10-12 years, more than 1000 crores have been taken and the projects have not been completed. In this case, several FIRs have been registered against Faridabad Police and EOW Delhi against WTC Builder, Ashish Bhalla, Bhutani Group.
ED is taking action based on the complaints of investors
This action of the ED is being done on the basis of complaints from investors who invested their hard -earned money in the project, but have not yet received any assets. The investigating agency is trying to find out where this money was used and is there any aspect of money laundering. The ED team is examining various documents and digital records. There is a possibility of some big arrests in this case soon.
