2-3 onions (chopped in long slices)
3-4 capsicum (chopped into long pieces)
2 teaspoons Kasuri Methi
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin

Method of making curd capsicum:

1⃣ Prepare vegetable

  • Cut onion and capsicum into long pieces.

2⃣ Fry onion and capsicum

  • Heat a little oil in a pan and add onion to it.
  • When the onion becomes light transparent, add capsicum and fry for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
  • Now add kasoori methi, red chili powder and green coriander and cook it.

3⃣ Prepare Tadka

  • Heat a little oil in a separate pan, add cumin and white sesame to it.
  • Now add curry leaves and crushed garlic and fry it.

Prepare vegetable 4⃣

  • When the tempering is well roasted, add cooked capsicum and onion to it.
  • Add garam masala, turmeric and salt on top and mix well.
  • Pour the peanuts a little bit, this will increase the texture and taste of the vegetable.

5⃣ Add curd and give the final touch

  • Finally add the watched curd and mix well on low heat.
  • Allow to cook for 1-2 minutes, then turn off the heat.
