Bengaluru Traffic Advisory: Trial Modifications Imposed To Reduce Congestion At Kadubeesanahalli Junction | FPJ
Bengaluru: To alleviate traffic congestion at Kadubeesanahalli Junction, the Bengaluru City Traffic Police have announced trial modifications to be implemented from February 28, 2025. The changes aim to streamline traffic flow and reduce congestion in the area.
During the trial period, which will last for one week until March 7, 2025, all types of vehicles travelling from Kadubeesanahalli Junction towards Kariyamma Agrahara will be prohibited.
Deputy Commissioner of Police, Traffic Division, Bengaluru City, Sahil Bagla, IPS, has appealed to the public to adhere to the new traffic arrangements and support the efforts to improve traffic management in the city.
In his recent X post, the DCP issued notice regarding traffic advisory for the residents and tagged the official accounts of Karnataka and Bengaluru police and traffic authorities in the X post. The post also includes map for alternate route.

Alternate Route
To facilitate smooth traffic flow, an alternative route has been designated. Vehicles heading towards Kariyamma Agrahara from Kadubeesanahalli Junction will be required to take a detour via Devarabeesanahalli Junction. From there, they can take a U-turn and proceed towards Kariyamma Agrahara via Sakra Hospital Main Road.
The traffic police have requested public cooperation during this trial period. The modifications are designed to optimize traffic flow and reduce congestion, ultimately enhancing the commuting experience for vehicle riders and the general public.
