Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court sentenced Sajjan Kumar to life imprisonment in the 1984 anti -Sikh riot case. He was convicted in the Sikh massacre case in Saraswati Vihar region on 1 November 1984. Former Congress MP Sajjan Kumar was convicted on 12 February under the riot, illegal gathering and sections related to murder.
