Job scam in exchange for land: Rashtriya Janata Dal chief and former Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav and former Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav have suffered a major setback in the job case in exchange for land. During the hearing of the case, the Rouse Avenue Court of Delhi on Tuesday (25 February) issued summons to other accused including Lalu Prasad and Tejashwi Yadav to appear in the court.
Charge sheet filed against 78 accused including Lalu Prasad Yadav
Rouse Avenue Court of Delhi has issued summons to all the accused including Lalu Prasad Yadav, Hema Yadav, Tejashwi and Tej Pratap Yadav. In this case, the CBI had filed a decisive charge sheet against 78 people including Lalu Yadav.

It has been alleged in the charge sheet that when Lalu Prasad Yadav was a railway minister from 2004 to 2009, he did a big scam in the name of giving lower level jobs. In which Lalu Prasad Yadav had transferred land and property in the name of family members in the name of getting a job in railway. In lieu of land, jobs were given in Mumbai, Jabalpur, Kolkata, Jaipur and Hajipur railway zones. The Rouse Avenue Court has ordered all the accused to appear on March 11. In this, summons has been issued to Bhola Yadav and Premchand Gupta. The court said, “It is alleged that Premchand Gupta was working as an associate of Lalu Yadav.”
