Lalit Narayan Mithila University (LNMU), Darbhanga have been appointed as Nodal University for two -year B.Ed and Shiksha Shastri Entrance Examination 2025.
Raj Bhavan, Patna issued an official order in this regard on Monday.
LNMU will conduct exams for the fifth consecutive time
Vice Chancellor Prof. Sanjay Chaudhary said-
“It is a matter of pride for us that since 2020 we are successfully conducting the state level B.ED entrance exam. This time too, the exam will be completed according to the guidelines and rules of Raj Bhavan. ”
He also informed that about 100% enrollment was made in 2024, and this year there will be an attempt to maintain the same standard.
This time the number of B.Ed colleges and seats may increase
In 2024: 336 colleges were enrolled in B.ED course.
In 2025:
- The number of newly recognized B.Ed colleges will increase.
- B.Ed seats expected to reach 37,000.
- The application process will begin after confirmation of seats from all universities.
B.Ed Entrance Exam 2025: Exam Pattern
In B.Ed Common Entrance Test (CET), 120 questions are asked from five subjects.

- Each question will be 1 mark.
- There will be a total examination of 120 marks.
