To perform Rudrabhishek at home, you will give you water lily, bilvapatra leaves, panchamrit, milk, curd, ghee, honey, sugar, Ganga water, incense, camphor, fruits, flowers, betel nuts, dry fruits, cloth, lamp, oil, cotton Wick, vermilion, sugarcane juice, drumstick leaves, urns, idol of Lord Shiva-Maa Parvati, Aak flower, cannabis, dhatura, madar flowers and All worship materials including leaves, betel nuts, mango leaves, durva have to be collected.

How to do Rudrabhishek?

First of all, take a bath and wear clean clothes. To perform Rudrabhishek at home, first of all collect all the ingredients of worship, clean the place of worship. Clean the temple of the house and sprinkle Ganga water in the house. Now install an urn filled with water.

 

Offer water to the Shivling while chanting Lord Shiva’s Panchakhara Mantra ॐ Namah Shivaya. Offer milk, curd, ghee, honey and sugar on the Shivling. Finally offer Ganga water on the Shivling. Then apply sandalwood paste on the Shivling. Offer Biloba leaves, fruits, flowers, incense, lamps and offerings to Lord Shiva.

After this, perform the aarti of Lord Shiva. Offer them leaves, fruits, sweets and dry fruits. Finally, during the worship and unknowingly, apologize for any mistake and pray for happiness and prosperity.
