Rasane’s Indore study

Rasane shared insights from his recent study tour to Indore with his party members and other officials. “Indore achieved success with plant and technology-driven administrative systems, strong political will, public participation, and a ban on flex banners. We were highly inspired by the model. Accordingly, we are going to implement the same rules and regulations for the Kasba constituency,” he added.

Highlighting the work profile in the Kasba constituency, Rasane revealed that in the last three months, 26 chronic waste dumping spots in the constituency have been successfully eliminated.

Moreover, to promote cleanliness awareness, ‘Swachhta Narayana’ Mahapuja, iconic events will be held at these 26 locations on February 26, on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Sant Gadge Maharaj.

Rasane urged residents to actively engage in the cleanliness movement. Awareness campaigns have been launched to prevent the re-emergence of chronic waste spots, and sanitation staff numbers have been increased, with garbage collection scheduled twice a day in some areas.

Future plans include integrating technology into waste management and beautifying the cleaned-up spaces.
