Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor recently attended a friend’s wedding in Ahmedabad with her rumoured boyfriend, writer Rahul Mody. On Monday (February 24), several pictures of the rumoured lovebirds sitting close to each other on a flight have surfaced on social media.
In the now-viral pictures, Shraddha and Rahul are seated closely together, engrossed in something on the actress’ phone. The duo travelled in economy class.
The Stree 2 actress can be seen sitting in the aisle seat, while Rahul occupied the middle seat beside her. The two appeared engaged in conversation.
Shraddha looked chic in a white shirt, black pants, and white sneakers, with her hair tied back in a messy bun. On the other hand, Rahul kept it simple in a full-sleeved t-shirt paired with black pants.
The photos were shared by a fan page account of Shraddha on Instagram, however, they were later deleted. Take a look:
A couple of days back, Shraddha gave a glimpse of the wedding. In one of the photos she is seen posing with a gol gappa in her hand. She also enjoyed kulhad chai at the wedding.
Another video went viral on Reddit in which Shraddha can be seen making her way to the wedding with Rahul amid security.
Shraddha and Rahul were spotted at Ahmedabad airport on Thursday (February 20).
Shraddha and Rahul’s romance has been the talk of the town ever since they were spotted together before jetting off to attend Ambani event last year. Although the duo has not yet confirmed their relationship, we spotted Shraddha’s phone wallpaper featuring a photo of Rahul last month.
In December 2024, Shraddha grabbed eyeballs after she shared a picture of her vada pav date and tagged Rahul. Fans were surprised as reports had gone viral a few months ago that the two had broken up.
“May I always bully you to take for vada pao @modyrahulmody (sic),” she wrote along with the photo.
Fans wondered if Shraddha and Rahul have reconciled after their breakup or if they never parted ways in the first place.
During the promotions of Stree 2 in August, Shraddha had unfollowed Rahul on Instagram. Not just that but his family members also unfollowed the actress and that sparked rumours of an alleged breakup. However, she remained tightlipped about her relationship status.
In June 2024, Shraddha had surprised her fans after she dropped a late night selfie with Rahul with a mushy caption. “Dil rakh le, neend toh vaapis de de yaar,” she wrote, along with their picture.
Not just that, but she had also been flaunting an ‘R’ pendant around her neck for a while, and she did not shy away from showing it off in her photos as well.
Shraddha and Rahul reportedly met on the sets of the 2023 film, Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar, and cupid struck the two. They were even seen attending the Jamnagar pre-wedding bash of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant together.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Shraddha starred in one of the highest grossing films of 2024, Stree 2, alongside Rajkummar Rao, Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee, Aparshakti Khurana and others.
She will be next seen headlining the supernatural thriller, Naagin.
