Yesterday Prime Minister Modi said that using less oil in food and fighting obesity is not only our own choice, but also our responsibility towards our families. Excessive use of oil in food can cause many diseases like heart disease, diabetes and high blood pressure. By making small changes in your food habits, you can make your future strong, fit and disease-free. The Prime Minister said that we have to increase our efforts in this direction without any delay and implement it in our life. We can all do this work very effectively in sports together.
