Materials required to make kuttu bread
- 1 kg kuttu flour
- 4 boiled potatoes
- 2 teaspoon rock salt
- 2 teaspoons desi ghee
Recipe for making kuttu bread
- First of all, wash the potatoes thoroughly and put 1 glass of water in the cooker and boil it with 2 whistles.
- Peel the boiled potatoes and keep it in a vessel and mash it.
- Now filter the kuttu flour and add mashed potatoes to it.
- Add rock salt and 1 teaspoon of desi ghee and mix all things well.
- Add water as per the need and knead the dough. Keep in mind that bread should be made immediately after kneading the kuttu dough, otherwise it can be strict.
- Heat the griddle and break the dough and roll the roti.
- Put the roti on the pan and bake it well from both sides.
- Apply desi ghee on the prepared bread and serve with hot potato vegetable and curd.
