Falahari Potato Balls Creating Ingredients
- 1 cup of rice
- 3 boiled potatoes
- 2 green chillies (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons green coriander (finely chopped)
- 1 inch ginger (grated)
- 1 tsp hut pepper
- 1 tsp cuisted cumin seeds
- Rock salt as per taste
- Peanuts
Method of making Falahari Potato Balls
- Boil the potatoes and cool – Let the pre -boiled potatoes cool down and then peel them and mash them.
- Soak the rice of Sama-Wash the rice 2-3 times and soak it for 1 hour.
- Cook rice-Pour soaked rice into the cooker and mix double amount of water and cook till 2-3 whistles.
- Cool the rice – Spread ripe rice in a plate and let it cool.
- Mix all the ingredients – Add mashed potatoes, green chillies, coriander, ginger, black pepper, rock salt and cumin seeds and mix well in cold rice.
- Knead the mixture like flour – Apply a little peanut oil on your hands and knead this mixture like flour.
- Make small balls-Make small tablets from the mixture.
- Deep fry – Heat desi ghee or peanut oil in the pan and fry these balls till they turn golden brown.
- Serve-Serve hot-hot falahari potato balls with green chutney or curd.
