Union Agriculture Minister and former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Shivraj Singh Chauhan had to sit on a broken seat of Air India flight and go to Delhi. He has expressed his displeasure with Air India. He said that when the management of Air India was entrusted to the Tata management from the Government of India, the hope was that the situation would improve, but this hope proved to be just a cheating. Airlines companies are cheating passengers. Air India apologized to Shivraj Singh after posting on X.

 

Shivraj Singh Chaihan wrote a big post on X and informed about the whole incident. He wrote, ‘Today I had to come to Delhi from Bhopal. The inauguration of the Kisan Mela in Pusa, a meeting of the natural agricultural mission in Kurukshetra and the discussion with a delegation of farmer organizations in Chandigarh was to be held. I booked tickets on Air India flight number AI436. I was allotted seat number 8C. When I went and sat on the seat, she was broken. The seat inwards. It was difficult to sit.

Shivraj Singh further wrote, ‘I asked the flight attendant that if the seat was bad then why was the allotment done? He said that the management has already been told that that seat is not suitable, so its tickets should not be sold. There is not just one seat, but also other seats. Shivraj said, “My hills offered me to change the seat and sit on their seat.” But why do I bother another friend for myself? I decided that I would travel in the same seat.

Disillusioned: Shivraj: Shivraj said, ‘I hoped that Air India’s service would improve after Tata management came into hand. But it turned out to be my confusion. I do not care about how much pain I hurt by sitting. But it is immoral to recover the entire fare from passengers and sit on bad seats. Isn’t it an umbrella with Daisy?
