Actress Urvashi Rautela added a pop of colour to the sea of blue during the high-voltage India vs Pakistan Champions Trophy match in Dubai on Sunday. The actress was spotted in the stands of the Dubai International Cricket Stadium as Team India batted to chase a target of 242 runs.
The Daaku Maharaj actress opted for a hot pink halter neck gown with a plunging neckline as she watched the match live. She was accompanied by her friends, and they together cheered for Team India from the stands.
As soon as she was spotted, her photo went viral and soon after social media was flooded with memes related to Team India batsman-wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant and Pakistan bowler Naseem Shah.
“Rishabh Pant to khel bhi nahi raha,” a user wrote on X, while another tweeted, “Urvashi Rautela and her friend together are searching for Rishabh Pant”.
“Naseem se isi wjah se bowling nahi ho rahi (sic),” a Pakistani fan quipped.
For those unversed, Urvashi was once rumoured to be dating Rishabh Pant, and while the latter vehemently denied the reports, the actress claimed that he waited in her hotel lobby for hours at end just to talk to her.
After the cricketer’s accident in 2022, Urvashi had shared a picture of the hospital where he was admitted and her mother too had posted on social media, praying for the cricketer’s speedy recovery.
On the other hand, Urvashi was linked to Pakistani bowler Naseem Shah in 2023 after she wished him on his birthday on Instagram after nowhere. Later, the bowler denied knowing anything about the actress, but reports had gone viral about sparks flying between the two.
