Mumbai: Shah Rukh Khan has hired two duplexes from Jackie Bhagnani for a total of nine crore rupees in three years.
A three -year fare agreement has been reached for this duplex. During three years, Shah Rukh will have to pay a fare of Rs 9 crore at the rate of Rs 2.9 crore per year.
Duplex is located on the first and second floors. While the second duplex is located on the seventh and eighth floors.
A rental agreement for Duplex has been signed with Jackie Bhagnani and his sister Deepshikha. It has been reported to have 11.54 lakh per month fare. For this, a deposit of Rs 32.97 lakh has been deposited.
A rental agreement has been reached with Jackie’s father Vasu Bhagnani for the second duplex. For this, a monthly rent of Rs 12.61 lakh will have to be paid every month. The rental agreement was registered on 14 February.
Shah Rukh Khan himself lives in a Mannat bungalow, which is said to be worth Rs 300 crore. Apart from this, he also has a roof flat on Carter Road, which he used to recently used as an office. This flat will now be redeveloped. Shahrukh has a large farmhouse in Alibag near Mumbai.
