19th installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi: Under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, 19th installment will be released on 24 February i.e. on Monday. Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan says that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will release the 19th installment of PM-Kisan at a function in Bhagalpur, Bihar. During this period, about 22,000 crore rupees will be transferred directly to the bank accounts of 9.8 crore farmers. The government gives Rs 2,000 to every 4 months under the PM Kisan Yojana to increase the income of farmers. In this way, a total of Rs 6,000 is given in 3 equal installments annually.
Chauhan said that the number of beneficiaries in the 18th installment was 9.6 crore, which has now increased. The 18th installment was released by PM Modi on 5 October 2024 from Washim in Maharashtra. The government has so far given a total of Rs 3.46 lakh crore under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. After the release of the 19th installment next week, this amount will increase to Rs 3.68 lakh crore.

The PM-Kisan Yojana was launched in February 2019 and came into effect on 1 December 2018. This is the world’s largest direct benefit transfer (DBT) scheme and has helped farmers to meet the expenses of purchasing seeds and fertilizers. Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that the government is committed to increasing production, reducing the cost of farming, increasing the income of farmers and encouraging natural farming.
How to check the name in the list of beneficiary farmers
- Go to the official website PMKISAN.GOV.IN.
- Scroll down to ‘Kisan Corner’.
- Click on the beneficiary list tab.
- Enter your state, district, sub-district, block and village details.
- Get Report Click.
After this, the names in the list will be revealed. If your name is not in the list, then you can file your complaint by calling PM Kisan Samman Helpline 011-24300606. Remember that the government has made e-KYC (electronic KYC) mandatory so that the benefits of the scheme reach the right farmers. If your Aadhaar card is linked to the mobile number, then you can go to the PM Kisan portal and e-KYC through OTP. If the mobile number is not link, then you can go to the nearest CSC (Common Service Center) and get e-KYC through fingerprint verification.
