· A dedicated AC Task Force in suburban trains

· A Whatsapp complaint number (7208819987) for assistance during peak hours

· A Special Monitoring Team to oversee issues of irregular travel

It may be noted that the dedicated number is only for messaging the issue on the given number and that no phone calls can be made on the same.

Central Railway is committed to work tirelessly to prevent irregular travel and ensure a safe and comfortable travel experience to its passengers.

Central Railway appeals to its passengers to travel with dignity by purchasing proper and valid railway tickets in order to avoid inconvenience.
