Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Bhopal is all set to host the two-day Global Investors’ Summit 2025 from Monday (February 24). The entire city has been deked-up with decorations, tight security, arrangements for medical emergency, lavish stays for delegates and much more.
As many as 1,149 electric vehicles will ferry the investors to the programme venue.
A 3-tier security arrangement has been put in place from Sunday onwards. Police personnel are deployed from Governor House till GIS venue i.e Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya.
Senior police officers are constantly keeping an eye on security arrangement.
So far, around 30,000 registrations have been done for GIS 2025. Many GIS delegates have arrived in advance and were welcomed by warmly by the state.
Key highlights:
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the GIS at 10 am on Monday (February 24). The first day of GIS will see Departmental summit, partner country sessions, thematic sessions and CII meetings.
List of industrialists to turn-up
Some of the top industrialists going to turn up at the GIS include Aditya Birla Group’s Chairman Kumar Mangalam Birla, Beams Fintech’s Anuj Golecha, Consulate General of Japan in Mumbai Koji Yagi, Grew Energy Private Limited’s Vinay Thadani, Ralson Tyres Limited’s Rohit Kapoor, Anupam Jain of Reliance Industries Limited, founder and CEO of Start Up Middle East, Dubai, Siby Sudhakaran, Executive Director of Unicorn Solution’s Pvt Limited Rohit Singh Chouhan etc.
Mukesh Ambani to send representative
Owing to his busy schedule in abroad, Mukesh Ambani is unlikely to attend the summit. He is likely to depute someone from his group to participate in the investors’ event.
