This meeting is also special because Musk has emerged as a close and trusted advisor to US President Donald Trump. Prime Minister Modi’s two -day visit to America also includes meetings of meetings with several other leaders. However, there is more enthusiasm about his meeting with Alan Musk.

Significantly, this is not the first time Prime Minister Modi and Alan Musk are meeting each other. In 2015, Prime Minister Modi visited Tesla’s plant at San Jose, where Musk personally visited him in the factory. However, the reference to this journey is different. In 2015, Musk was a supporter of the Democratic Party, but now he has become a senior advisor to President Trump.
