The deadline for filing the complaint has also been extended from three days to seven days. So that customers can easily file a complaint without blocking them against spam messages or calls sent by unregistered sectors.

No promotional company will be able to seek consent from customers 90 days ago who does not want commercial messages. Telecom companies will have to give the option to closure publicity messages to customers.
