Indore (Madhya Pradesh): The Indore Development Authority (IDA) is set to showcase its esteemed projects on the global stage as four of its most ambitious projects will be presented at the upcoming Global Investors Summit (GIS) to be held in Bhopal.
The city, known for its progressive infrastructure and smart urban planning, will present the Startup Park, a world-class Convention Centre, Inter-State Bus Terminal, and a state-of-the-art Senior Citizen Tower.
These projects, spearheaded by the Indore Development Authority (IDA), have already received board approvals and are in advanced planning stages, said IDA CEO RP Ahirwar.
The Startup Park, covering 6.81 hectares, has secured government clearance, and its final proposal will be reviewed. The Convention Centre, expected to be a major attraction for global investors, is moving towards the tendering process.
The ISBT MR-10 is completed and ready for inauguration while the Senior Citizen Tower’s flats allotment process will be soon started. As many as 32 flats are there for allocation for which IDA has received several applications from the people.
With these visionary projects, Indore is reaffirming its position as a hub of innovation, investment, and modern infrastructure. As preparations for the Global Investors Summit reach their peak, the city is ready to shine, attracting national and international investors to be a part of its remarkable growth story, said IDA officials.
