Supreme Court Has expressed strong displeasure over the free schemes before the election. The Supreme Court believes that people are not ready to work due to free labor. The court on Wednesday made this strict remark during hearing a case related to homeless people in urban areas. Currently, the hearing of the case has been postponed for 6 weeks.

People are not ready to work!

Justice BR The back of Justice Gawai and Justice Augustine George Christ was hearing a case related to the right to accommodation for homeless people in urban areas. Meanwhile, Justice Gawai said, ‘It is unfortunate that people are not ready to work due to free facilities. They are getting free ration and money without doing any work.

 

They also join the mainstream of society.

The bench further said, ‘We understand your concern for them, but wouldn’t it be better to join the mainstream of society and they too have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the country?’ Attorney General R. Venkataramani told the bench, “The central government is in the process of finalizing the urban poverty alleviation mission.” Under which various issues will be resolved, including arrangements to provide shelter to homeless people in urban areas. The bench has directed the Attorney General to demand reply from the Central Government how long it will take to implement the urban poverty alleviation mission.
