It is important to talk about depression – Deepika

I thought I do not want to live anymore. People in our country wonder how depression can occur. When I started talking about this, I felt that it was very important.
The most important thing is to remain mentally healthy, handling stress.
Feeling stress is very natural. But how we are dealing with stress is important. It is very important to be patient during the exam. While studying, I thought that I wish I had studied first, then if the same question would have come in the exam, but we have to handle this tension.
