Material for Pavbhaji

Two boiled potatoes
A cup boiled peas
A cup finely chopped capsicum
A cup tomato puree
Two onions finely chopped
Green chili and garlic paste
Kashmiri red chili powder

 

Turmeric powder
Pavbhaji Masala
Coriander cumin powder
Taste salt
Two tablespoons butter
Two tablespoons oil
Lemon
Green coriander

 

How to make spicy pav bhaji

To make spicy pav bhaji, first heat the oil in a pan and fry it by adding onion on low flame. When the onion turns brown, add capsicum and tomato puree to it and cook for five minutes. When the oil is separated, add chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder and paved masala. Add some warm water to it so that the spices do not burn and their color does not deteriorate.

 

When this mixture starts boiling, mash the boiled potatoes and add peas at the same time. Mix the peas and potatoes well with spices and then add a little warm water as required. When the vegetables and water boil well, add butter over it. When the butter melts, turn off the heat and cover the vegetables. After 5 minutes, add lemon and coriander to the hot vegetable and serve.
