The couple reportedly paid a stamp duty of Rs 57.95 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 60,000 for the three apartments combined. Gauahar also received a 1 per cent stamp duty concession by the Maharashtra government, which is a provision provided by the state for properties solely purchased under a woman’s name.
