The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Undergraduate (NEET UG 2025) online registration is now open at neet.nta.nic.in, according to the National Testing Agency (NTA).

Eligibility criteria:
To be eligible for NEET UG, candidates must be at least 17 years old by December 31 of the admission year.
They must have passed an approved board’s Class 12 English, chemistry, biology, and physics exams.
Application fees:
General category (India exam centres): ₹1,700
General-EWS, OBC-NCL (India exam centres): ₹1,600
SC, ST, PwBD, Third Gender (India exam centres): ₹1,000
All candidates appearing at exam centres outside India: ₹9,500

Select the link labelled “Registration for NEET UG 2025.”
To acquire login credentials, finish the signup process.
To complete the application, log in.
Upload the necessary files.
Use an online payment method to cover the application fee.
Fill out the application and save a copy for your records.
Exam pattern:
The NEET UG 2025 exam will be administered in 13 different languages: English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.
Applicants must answer 90 questions in biology, including topics from zoology and botany, 45 questions about physics, and 45 questions about chemistry. The total score on the NEET UG exam is 720. Candidates will have three hours to finish the NEET 2025 paper. The entire NEET UG syllabus is available to applicants in the exam brochure, which is available on the official website.
Marking scheme:
According to the NEET UG 2025 marking methodology, applicants will score one point for each incorrect attempt and four points for each correct response. However, unanswered questions will not result in a deduction of points.
According to the regulations of the relevant regulatory bodies, NEET UG 2025 is for admission to MBBS, BDS, BVSc, and AH programs. courses offered by the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine, including BAMS, BUMS, and BSMS. Armed Forces Medical Service Hospitals provide BSc Nursing (MNS) programs and BHMS courses under the National Commission for Homoeopathy.
