The Bollywood actor gave an explanation in this regard and said that he has no direct relation with the matter. He clarified that he was called as third party and lawyers would present their case in court on 10 February.
Sonu said that we want to clarify that this news is being spread in a very sensational manner on social media platforms. We have been called by the Hon’ble Court as a witness in a case that includes a third party with which we have no direct relation.
The Bollywood actor said that our lawyers have responded and on February 10, 2025 we will make a statement, which will make our non-enhancement clear in the matter. He said that we are neither brand ambassadors nor are we connected in any way. It is unfortunate that celebrities are being targeted. We will take strict action in this matter.

Despite repeated summons, Sonu Sood did not appear in Ludhiana court to testify in a fraud of Rs 10 lakh, after which Ludhiana Judicial Magistrate Ramanpreet Kaur has issued an arrest warrant against Sonu Sood, which is non-bailable .
Sonu Sood was being described as the brand ambassador of the company, against whom a case of fraud has been registered. Meanwhile, Sonu Sood was seen in the recently released film ‘Fateh’. The case will now be heard on 10 February.
