During this, Mamta also told a disputed thing about herself. In which she said that during Navratri, Mamta used to fast for 9 days and also performed havan during the day. Mamta further said that I met the guru of my life in the year 1997 when I was working in Bollywood. During this time his life followed a strict routine. Whenever he went on shooting, he always kept a bag with him. One bag had clothes and the other bag had a small temple. During the shooting, this temple was decorated on the table and it was worshiped before starting work. During Navratri, he used to drink only water for 9 days and performed a yajna with sandalwood.
