Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday gave his address during a discussion on the President’s address in the Rajya Sabha. He appreciated the President’s speech, saying that it was a guide and inspirational who underlined the achievements of the country. He said, “The President’s address was effective and inspiring, which showed us all the way to move forward.”
Hungry attack on Congress
At the beginning of his address, Prime Minister Modi targeted the Congress and said, “It would be a big mistake to expect the Congress to ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas’. This does not correspond to their ideology and policies, as their entire politics revolves around a family. ”
Speaking in the Rajya Sabha, he said that “the family of the Congress is paramount, while our development model is based on the thinking of ‘Rashtra I’.” He also said that the people of the country have understood and tested the development model of BJP, so they have also supported it.

- The political model of the Congress has been a mixture of lies, corruption, familism and appeasement. The policy and working of the Congress has revolved around only one family.
- Constitutional status to the OBC Commission was being demanded for decades. For three decades, OBC MPs of all parties had been putting this demand before the government, but the Congress continuously rejected it. Our government honored this demand of the community and gave constitutional status to the OBC Commission.
During this address of Prime Minister Modi, there was also a sharp debate between the opposition and the ruling party in the House. His speech is also being seen as part of BJP’s strategy before the 2024 general elections.
