ICC T20I ranking update: After winning the 4–1 T20I series against England recently, three Indian players have confirmed the place in the top-5 of Indian batsmen in the T20I format released by the ICC. It also includes Abhishek Sharma, Tilak Verma, Suryakumar Yadav. While the mysterious spinner Varun Chakraborty’s T20 bowling rankings have also improved significantly.
Abhishek Sharma jumped 38 places
Talking about the batting category in this rankings released by the ICC, Abhishek Sharma recently jumped 38 places against England and jumped to second place in the ranking. Australian star batsman Travis Head tops the T20I list. Tilak Verma is in third place. While the captain of the Indian team Suryakumar Yadav has reached the fifth position due to the loss of one place.
Spinner Akil Hussain is the number-1 bowler.
Varun Chakraborty has moved up to second place in T20 bowling rankings after taking 14 wickets. On the other hand, Ravi Bishnoi, who took five wickets in the series against England, has also moved to the sixth position.
