The Delhi government has declared a public holiday on 5 February.
The offices will be closed to give government employees a chance to vote.
This order has been issued under Section 25 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and Section 135-B of the Representation of the People Act, 1951.

Schools and colleges will also be closed

All government and private schools and colleges will have a holiday.
Many schools will be used as polling stations.

Cinema and liquor shops will remain closed

The cinemas and theater can also remain closed during the voting, so that more and more people participate in the voting.
Liquor shops and bar will be completely closed from 3 February 6 pm to 5 February 6 pm.
