Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s daughter Aaradhya Bachchan Has filed a new petition in the Delhi High Court. In this petition, Aaradhya requested that ‘fake and misleading information broadcast on various websites regarding my health is still present on many portals’. Which should be removed soon. Notice has been issued by the court on the application.

Aaradhya has demanded a brief decision on the matter in his petition. In response, a hearing was held in the court on Monday, after which notice was sent to other websites including Google. The notice has argued that the person uploading fake information did not appear in the court and has already ended the right to defend himself. The next hearing on the case will be held on 17 March 2025.
What is the whole matter?
Aaradhya Bachchan, the granddaughter of Amitabh Bachchan, lodged a complaint in the court in April 2023 with the help of his father Abhishek Bachchan. In the case registered in the court, a complaint was lodged on YouTube about fake video and information related to Aaradhya going viral. The High Court ordered the removal of video and misleading information related to Aaradhya’s health from YouTube through an interim order. The High Court also ordered Google to immediately deactivate the video related to the case.
