Mumbai: Film actress Sonakshi Sinha has sold her flat in Bandra area of Mumbai for Rs 22 crore. Sonakshi had two flats in the same building. He has sold one of them.
Sonakshi bought this flat in May 2020 for Rs 14 crore. Thus, he has got 61 percent return in five years.
This flat is 4211 sq ft. Along with this, three car parking sites have also been allotted.
Stamp duty of Rs 1.35 crore has been paid in this property deal of Sonakshi.
The property deal has been in practice in Bollywood for some time. Shraddha Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit and Amitabh Bachchan have also recently bought and sold big assets.
