Kulgam terror attack: The incident of terrorist attack has come to light in Kulgam in Jammu and Kashmir. In Kulgam today, terrorists attacked the family of a retired soldier. A retired soldier died in this attack and his wife and daughter were injured. The entire area has been laid siege and security forces have started a search operation to catch the terrorists.
Death of a retired soldier
The incident took place in the Behigam area of Kulgam in South Kashmir. The terrorists opened fire on the family of retired soldier Manzoor Ahmed this afternoon. Three people injured in the shootout have been taken to Srinagar Hospital for treatment. Where a retired soldier died. On the other hand, his wife and daughter are undergoing treatment.
Officials said the retired soldier retired from the Territorial Army about five years ago and was handling his personal work in the area.
Earlier two terrorists were killed.
On January 30, the terrorists also tried to infiltrate through the Line of Control in Poonch in Kashmir. Security forces thwarted an infiltration attempt and killed two terrorists.
