Expect this amendment in the budget

1. Tax exemption

The government can make many improvements in the new tax system. Apart from this, it has also been recommended to add a new tax slab of 25 percent. There may be an announcement to impose 25 percent tax instead of 30 percent on income of Rs 15 to 20 lakhs. Apart from this, the cut limit has been increased to Rs 5 lakh. It can be 5 lakhs.

2. Petrol and diesel will be cheaper

Inflation in the current financial year has disturbed the common people. Despite the global fall in crude oil prices, oil marketing companies have not given the benefit of the price reduction in petrol and diesel due to the weakening of the rupee. Keeping this in mind, the government can reduce excise duty on fossil fuels. Currently, petrol is charged 21 percent and diesel at 18 percent. In the last budget, the government had reduced the import duty on gold from 15 percent to 6 percent. As a result, gold imports in 2024 are expected to increase by 104 percent to $ 10.06 billion and the government may increase import duty on gold again in this year’s budget.

3. Advertisement keeping farmers in mind

Sitharaman can increase government support schemes in this budget. In which the Standing Committee of Parliament has increased the Kisan Samman Nidhi by Rs 1000. It was recommended to increase it to 12 thousand. Currently Rs. There are 6000. Additionally, budget allocation can be increased by providing more facilities in Ayushman Bharat Scheme. There has been no long change in the Atal Pension Yojana launched in 2015. The central government can also amend and adopt it.

4. The budget will increase employment opportunities!

There may be employment related announcements in the budget, the government can bring a ‘Integrated National Employment Policy’ based on the recommendations of CII, which plans to bring the schemes of all the ministries providing employment under one platform. Internships can also be advertised for graduates from rural areas, under which they can get an option of internship to work in government offices.

 

5. Health budget will increase!

The budget of the health sector can be increased. Under this, 10 percent more amount can be allocated this time than the health budget of about 91 thousand crore rupees of last year. There may also be an announcement to increase seats in medical colleges. Apart from this, import duty on some medical equipment can also be reduced.

6. Buying a house will be cheaper!

A major announcement can also be made to increase the price limit for the purchase of affordable houses. Under this, the limit of affordable housing for metro cities can be increased from Rs 45 lakh to Rs 70 lakh and this limit for other cities can be Rs 50 lakh. Tax exemption on home loan interest can also be increased from Rs 2 lakh to Rs 5 lakh. Through these concessions, the government can work to meet the shortage of 1 crore affordable houses in India, which is expected to increase to 3.12 crores by 2030.
