A video showing the interior of Congress MLA Anirudh Reddy’s house in Telangana’s Jadcharla has gone viral on social media. The opulence displayed in the video has stirred reactions from social media users.
Congress MLA Anirudh Reddy gave YOYO YouTube channel a tour of his palace-like house, and the video was uploaded to the channel on Monday.
Since then, clips of the interview have been widely shared on social media. An X handle named TeluruScribe Now shared a 34-second clip titled “VIRAL VIDEO: Telangana Congress MLA’s Luxurious SILVER PALACE!” and claimed that Anirudh Reddy’s “house isn’t just a home – it’s a SILVER PALACE! From a silver dining table and chairs to silver bed.”
Giving more details about the house, it stated, “Everything is crafted in silver. And the ceiling? Rosewood, fit for royalty!”
“Netizens are SHOCKED and SURPRISED by this jaw-dropping luxury. However, many opposition supporters have countered, sarcastically claiming it’s NOTHING compared to CM Revanth Reddy’s ultra-luxurious villa and his wardrobes worth lakhs of rupees!” it added.
BJP Leader CT Pallavi responded to the viral video and attacked the Congress party, stating, “After AK 420’s Sheesh Mahal, see Silver Mahal of CONgis Telangana MLA Anirudh Reddy… Delhi & Telangana are BANKRUPT, but netas roll in luxury… Delhiites, this is P-AAP & CONgis model.”
Another user commented, “Silver-crafted furniture, rosewood dining table, chandelier, horse stable… endless luxuries of Telangana Congress MLA Anirudh Reddy on taxpayers’ money. Indira gave ‘Gareebi Hatao’ slogan but can you guess who really benefited?”
BJP Spokesperson Dr. Vinusha Reddy took a jibe at Congress leader Rahul Gandhi while reacting to the viral video and stated, “When Rahul Gandhi says that Congress is fighting for the rights of the underprivileged, this video must be shown to him to display the disparity.”
