Material

  • 4 boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons cornflor
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 4-5 chopped garlic buds
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chopped green coriander
  • ½ tbsp Kashmiri red chili powder
  • ½ tsp white sesame
  • 1 to 1.5 liters of water

Method of making Korean Chile Potato Balls

  1. First, wash and boil the potatoes thoroughly. After boiling, mash them well.
  2. Now, add 4 tablespoons of cornflour to mashed potatoes and mix well. Take a small part of this mixture and prepare balls.
  3. Add 1 liter of water and 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add potato balls to it and boil it for at least 10 minutes.
  4. Add chopped coriander leaves, 4-5 chopped garlic buds, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, ½ tbsp Kashmiri red chili powder, white sesame and ½ cup hot oil in boiled potato balls.
  5. Mix all the ingredients well and enjoy the Korean Chile Potato Balls.
