He said that giving better sleep and time to relationships is the most effective ways to reduce stress.

The Foreign Minister said that the more we connect with people, the stronger our access and connections will be. This will help us reduce mental stress. At the same time, he also said that he should develop a habit of improving self-preservation and his mistakes. Sharing his diplomatic career experiences, Jaishankar told three important ‘C’ for success:

- Credibility: Be reliable in your words and work. People will take you seriously when you maintain credibility.
- Clarity: Keep clarity in your words and thoughts. This will increase the effect of your words.
Importance of good sleep and discipline
The Foreign Minister said that taking good sleep at night and following discipline is also the main ways to reduce stress. Giving an example of the time of Kovid-19, he said that the employees of the Ministry of External Affairs worked in three shifts and not only completed the work on time on the strength of discipline, but also avoided stress.
Don’t be disappointed with failure
Jaishankar, while sharing the matter related to his personal life, said that he passed the UPSC exam, but could not clear the exam of IIT. He said that instead of being disappointed with failure, we should focus on self-improvement. Constant efforts and positive perspectives definitely get success.
