Baba Abhay Singh of IIT is already in the headlines and now the leading Baba has been eclipsed. Rajpal Singh, popularly known as Pehalwan Baba in Kumbh, has started a campaign to keep the youth away from alcohol addiction and with the purpose of taking this campaign forward, he has reached Mahakumbh in Prayagraj. He says that the youth of the country have to be awakened. Drugs have to be eradicated and India has to be made a world leader.

Talking about his objective, Pehalwan Baba said that wherever we go we awaken the youth. I am 50 years old but I can do 10 thousand pushups with one hand. Also, I use a wheelbarrow, I can stand on a football with the strength of my arms. When I can work so hard at the age of 50 then why can’t our youth do the same. I have launched this campaign with the intention of motivating them. Today’s youth has gone astray. Due to falling in bad company and eating wrong things, he has become physically and mentally weak and has become addicted to drugs. If he eats home-cooked desi food, he will become strong and healthy like me. There were some children and relatives around me who had gone astray so I tried to convince them a lot and even beat them but it had no effect on them. Meanwhile, I thought that such a campaign should be run to bring them on the right path.
Appeal to the youth to come on the right path
Wrestler Baba says that ‘We can teach more by showing than we can teach by telling. For this reason, at the age of 50, I have created such an environment that wherever I go, I appeal to the youth to follow the right path by showing my body and hard work. If I can do it at this age, a younger partner can do even more. Every day I get calls from 15-20 people who tell me about their children’s addiction. There are some who have given up their addiction to alcohol after listening to me. If someone gets welfare by following the path shown by me, then there is no greater happiness than this.
Baba’s look is also a topic of discussion in Mahakumbh. They wear saffron colored dhoti and the saffron turban on their head has become their identity. Most of the time he is seen exercising. People are surprised to see Pehalwan Baba doing such difficult exercises and wonder how someone at his age can do so many exercises so easily. Baba says that ‘If any person works for the welfare of the society, then there is no greater saint than him.
