Gujarat’s popular ‘Maniyara Raas dance’ has emerged as the third winner in the cultural dance program organized by tableau artists from different states. The 76th Republic Day national level celebration will be organized in New Delhi. In which tableaux based on different themes will be presented by different states. The competition of cultural programs presented in this tableau was organized in Delhi on 21 January in which the cultural presentation presented by the artists accompanying the tableau of Gujarat became the third winner, which is a matter of pride for all Gujaratis.
West Bengal got consolation prize
Tableaux are presented every year by different states to celebrate the Republic Day organized by the Government of India. A cultural competition was organized in “Jhankar Hall” at the National Theater Camp, Delhi Cantonment by the artists representing the culture of these states. In this competition, Gujarat secured third rank, Goa secured first rank and Uttarakhand secured second rank. Whereas West Bengal got the incentive award.

Let us tell you here that in this competition organized by the Defense Ministry of the Government of India, colorful cultural programs and traditional dances were organized by various state and central government departments of the country. Four awards were announced. In which Gujarat’s popular ‘Maniyara Raas dance’ got third rank. At the end of the program, the artists of the cultural group accepted the trophy on behalf of the state government.
