Vitamin C is effective in strengthening the immune system. Vitamin C deficiency can be compensated by eating lemon, orange, guava, papaya and strawberry.
  2. vitamin D- Calcium and Vitamin D are needed to strengthen teeth. Vitamin D helps in strengthening bones. It also strengthens the grip of teeth in the jaw. If teeth break or become loose, it causes bad breath. Deficiency of Vitamin D increases the risk of diseases related to gums and teeth. To overcome Vitamin D deficiency, eat egg yolk, dairy products and fortified cereals and sit in the sun.
  3. vitamin b12- Deficiency of Vitamin B12 in the body can cause problems like bad breath, mouth ulcers, swollen gums and reduction in the connective tissue that supports the teeth. Deficiency of Vitamin B12 in the body can also cause bad breath. To overcome the deficiency of Vitamin B12, eat almond milk, curd, salmon fish, red meat and eggs.

Home remedies to get rid of bad breath

  • If your mouth smells bad then put 1-2 cardamoms in your mouth after eating.
  • Chewing fennel after meals also removes bad breath.
  • Bad odor can also be reduced by chewing basil leaves on an empty stomach.
  • Make a habit of brushing your teeth twice a day, morning and evening, this will eliminate bad breath.
  • Drinking plenty of water throughout the day and chewing mint leaves will also help in removing bad breath.
